Section D. Provision For Amendment

The Guidelines for Ethical Conduct of the NYAAP and the Rules and Procedures for the SCEPP may be amended by a majority vote of those present at any regularly constituted membership meeting of the NYAAP provided that such an amendment shall have been submitted to the membership in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting and in accordance with the Bylaws of the Association.
